REGISTRATION
Prospective members can register by one of the following ways:
- By visiting the registerign online register.asp
- By clicking on an existing member’s Personal Referral Link (PRL) which directs them to the registration form.
SUBSCRIPTION & APPROVAL PROCESS
- The prospective member will be directed to registration form which will prompt for basic contact information and a referral id (if any)
- Next the prospective member will be directed to the PayPal payment transaction screen
- If the prospective member is already a registered user of PayPal, they can login to PayPal with their email address and password.
- The subscription details will be displayed and the prospective member can then select the form of payment from a list options based on their PayPal profile or add a new credit card to be used for the transaction.
- Upon successfully submitting the payment transaction for processing, the prospective member is then redirected to a “Thank you for subscribing” page.
- An email acknowledgement is automatically generated by PayPal and sent to the prospective member acknowledging completion of payment.
- An email acknowledgement is automatically generated to administrator email indicating the a new subscription has been processed and payment has been received.
- A Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is automatically sent by PayPal to the the server which is processed and updates the database that payment has been received for the prospective member.
- The Administrator must login to the Main Control Panel and manually approve all pending registrations for which payment has been received by clicking on the link.
- Upon clicking on this link, a list of all new prospective members will be displayed Payments Received for Processing allowing the Administrator to “selectively” approve one or all pending registrations. If a prospective member was not referred by an existing member, the Administrator can enter a specific referral id for the new member.
- After the prospective member has been approved by the Administrator, all appropriate upline commissions are calculated and allocated to each member due a commission. These commissions continue to accrue monthly until paid to member via a deposit in his or her PayPal account.
- The new member is automatically sent an email acknowledgement from to welcome them as a new member, providing instructions how to login to their private membership InfoCenter page.
APPROVAL PROCESS – ADMINSTRATOR OPTIONS
During the registration process, the Administrator can edit any of the information submitted on a prospective member’s registration form if it is found to be incorrect. In addition, the Administrator can override the following registration form field default values:
- Referral Id Code (RIC#)
- If an invalid Referral Id was entered or if the Referral Id is left blank, the Administrator will receive a warning message when an attempt is made to approve the prospective member’s registration form
- The Administrator can optionally contact the prospective member to find out the correct Referral Id or review the current listing of members and select a valid Referral Id from the list.
- Incentive Bonus
- The default for whether or not an incentive bonus amount is calculated for each member referral is set to “N”.
- If set to “Y”, this bonus amount is automatically included during the calculation of commissions so that a member who directly refers a new member will receive a direct referral commission + an indirect override commission + bonus amount.
MEMBER INFOCENTER
When a member has been approved, he or she has access to a private Member InfoCenter. To login, they must click on Members Tab and enter their email address and password. Each member’s private InfoCenter contains the following features and functions:
- Ability to view on the main InfoCenter page, year-to-date and life-to-date commissions paid
- Access to copy and paste their private PRL address.
- Ability to display all members in their existing downline, i.e. members who have joined using their referral id
- Members can click on the + or – icon to expand or collapse the downline listing
- Members can click on the view profile option (blue magnifying glass icon) to obtain contact data for each member in their downline
- Members can click on a member’s email address to send an individual email
- ACCOUNT tab - to edit their contact information contained in their membership account profile
- REPORTS tab - to view online reports of Commissions accrued and paid, both in summary and detail form
- LEDGER Tab - to view an online ledger of payment transactions, payments due and amounts paid by date
ADMINISTRATOR CONTROL PANEL
When the Administrator logs into the ADMIN CONTROL PANEL, the following features and functions are available:
- Ability to display the following “counts” for the current month a. Unapproved members b. Number of members c. New members d. Payments Received for Processing
- MEMBERS tab – to display a graphical listing of members in summary and an expanded list throughout each member’s downline (Note: if a member is no longer active, i.e. their subscription was not renewed, then “EXPIRED” will be displayed by their name.
- Admin can click on the + or – icon to expand or collapse the downline listing
- Admin can click on the view profile option (blue magnifying glass icon) to view and edit contact data for each member in the membership database
- Admin can click on a member’s email address to send an individual email to a member
- ADMIN TAB - to display a listing of administrators and their levels
- NEWSFLASH tab – to display a count of Newsflashes sent to all members in the membership database
- Admin can click on Newsflash History link to view a listing of al Newsflashes sent
- Admin can click on Send Newsflash to send a new Newsflash via email to all members in the membership database.
- REPORTS tab - to view custom online reports available for a selected month:
- Admin can click on Member Commissions button to view an online report of commissions paid to members for the selected month
- Admin can click on New Commissions button to view an online report of new member additions for the selected month
- PROCESS tab – to execute routines that calculate commission payments due and generate payment transactions to be paid.
- On the 1st day of each month, the Administrator should log in and click on the PROCESS tab.
- Next click on the Generate Commissions button/link. This routine will summarize all commissions due for each member for the previous month and create a “to be paid” file o Members whose total commissions accrued do not equal or exceed $50 will not be paid and therefore will continue to accrue commissions o until the minimum payment amount is achieved
- Next click on the Distribute Commissions button/link. This routine will display a listing of all members who are scheduled to receive commission payments for the prior month The Administrator can optionally “deselect” a planned payment for a o o member if desired
- Next click on the Generate PayPal Mass Payment A text transaction file is created which you can send to PayPal for deposit in each member’s PayPal account. o PayPal will then automatically send an email announcement notifying that a payment has been deposited in their account from Administrator Paypal Account and that they must “Accept” the payment. Until a member “accepts” he payment, the funds are not transferred from the Administrator Paypal Account to the members account. Upon acceptance of the payment by the member, Paypal automatically sends an email confirmation of payment to administrator email
- Next enter the mass payment transaction id in the “Reference” prompt on the Distribute Commissions screen and click on the PAID button/link. This routine will update each member’s ledger based on the commissions for the month that have been deposited into their PayPal account. The member’s year-to-date and life-to-date commissions total amount fields in their account profile are updated at this time.
